- 1 onion, cut in strips
- 1 medium tomato, cut in slices
- 2 Cheddar cheese slices
- 30 g (1 oz) of mixed salad leaves
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Black pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
