200 gms plain flour + for dusting the mould
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
5-6 tbsp cocoa powder
100 gms butter + to grease the mould
100 gms powder sugar
4-5 tbsp fresh cream
125 ml full fat milk
1 tsp instant coffee powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
