Spicy Tomato Eggs. Keto Low Carb recipe.
Put come grease on the low heat frying pan.
It"s best to use a pan with the lid.
Add about 3 tbsp of fresh Mexican hot salsa.
Let it simmer under the lid for 3 minutes.
Slide your spatula along the skillet surface and make sure nothing got burned into it and then add 3 eggs.
Season eggs with salt just a bit and cover them with the lid.
After 2 minutes add a thin layer of shredded cheddar cheese and cover again.
After another minute scoop everything on the plate and wait 5 minutes to let it chill.
To lover the carbs, eat eggs and leave most of that tomato salsa on the plate
