Italian Christmas Cookies

I"m sharing with you a recipe so dear to my heart. My Grammy"s Italian Christmas Cookies. They are so addicting. I promise you"ll love them. Enjoy

Blend Together:
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup melted shortening
3 Tbs Lemon extract ( or anise )

Add
2 TBS baking Powder
4 Cups flour
pinch of salt

Bake at 400 for 7 minutes. Bottoms should be a light golden brown

Frosting
Powdered sugar
milk
cap full of lemon extract
