Ingredients:-
For Sorpotel Masala:-
50 gms. Bedgi Chillies
50 gms. Shankeshwari Chillies
3 tbsp. Whole Garam Masala Spices
1 tbsp. Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp. Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds

2 tbsp. Oil
2 Onions, finely chopped
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt, to taste
500 gms. Boneless Chicken, washed and pat dried completely and then finely chopped
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Red Chilli powder
2 tbsp. Sorpotel Masala

Method:-
- Roast the Sorpotel Masala ingredients and grind to a fine powder in mixer/grinder after they have cooled down to room temperature.
- In the same kadhai heat oil and add onions, green chillies, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and mix well.
- Now add the chicken, coriander leaves, vinegar, red chilli powder, sorpotel masala and stir.
- Cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Chicken Sorpotel is ready to eat!
