Call them dumplings, momos, dim sum or whatever you like but these are delicious and today we"ve making a keto version of them. We"ll be using chicken mince for the filling but you can use pork or seafood as well. Enjoy!

Recipe makes 5 servings. 1 Serving is 2 Dumplings approx
Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken mince
- 25 grams onion (grated)
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 Spring Onion
- 5 grams Fresh Coriander
- 10 Cabbage Leaves
- Salt
- Schizuan Pepper Powder
- Pandan Powder
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Preparation
1. Peel the cabbage leaves and boil in water for 5 minutes till tender
2. Mix the chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, spring onion, coriander and spices
3. Stuff the cabbage leaves with the mince filling and roll into dumplings
4. Steam for 10 minutes over boiling water.
5. Serve with dipping sauce.

- 1 Tsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- Juice of half a lime
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
